These are some of the details you’ll want to keep in mind as you get started with Center’s Salesforce integration:
Integrating Center with Salesforce
- Go to Integrations in your Center dashboard, then select Salesforce.
- Log in to your Salesforce account. Copy your “Salesforce Instance Name” which can be found immediately before “salesforce.com” in your URL, e.g.
- Click Connect. You may need to enter your Salesforce authorization code, or follow other on-screen instructions to authorize Center’s connection to your Salesforce account.
