The Fine Print

These are some of the details you’ll want to keep in mind as you get started with Center’s Salesforce integration: 

  • To integrate with Salesforce, you must have a Center Early Adopter or Leadpages Advanced account. 

Integrating Center with Salesforce

  1. Go to Integrations in your Center dashboard, then select Salesforce. 
  2. Log in to your Salesforce account. Copy your “Salesforce Instance Name” which can be found immediately before “” in your URL, e.g. xx00 from
  3. Click Connect. You may need to enter your Salesforce authorization code, or follow other on-screen instructions to authorize Center’s connection to your Salesforce account.


Options for creating contact segments

​Salesforce is only available in the action portion of rules for now. 

Supported Actions

  • Add to: allows you to add segmented contacts to a specific form.
