Why doesn’t my email service provider show up as an option for Drag & Drop pages?
During the early release phase of our Drag & Drop Builder, there are a limited number of providers available for integration. If your service provider is on the list but does not show up, you may need to add the integration, even if you already have the service connected your account for the Standard Builder.
Currently, integrations in our Standard Builder and our Drag & Drop Builder are connected through different systems. This means you cannot configure integrations for use in the Drag & Drop Builder at the account level. You will only need to set up a new integration once, and after the first time you add it in the Drag & Drop Builder, it will be available for all Drag & Drop pages.

What does it mean when it says “Integration pending?”
It means your integration has been authenticated but there is a delay but we need more information (lists, forms, and fields) from your email service provider. You can still edit your page, but you cannot select fields for your forms until the integration is complete.
How do I customize my Lead Magnet email?
You can customize the messaging that appears in the Lead Magnet email when you upload your file, or by editing your file’s message in the Lead Magnet Delivery section of your account settings. Additional customization of the Lead Magnet email is not supported at this time.
