Why Am I Not Seeing All of My Historical Data?

When you set up segments in your rules, Center can gather data and events from before the rule was created. This is useful for creating rules that target long-time customers, subscribers who are already on your list, and more. 

Historical Data Limits

Not all integrations are created equal—some have limitations for how far back other services (including Center) can access their data.

These historical data limits are counted back from whenever you first select your integration as the source for a rule. Let’s look at an example with PayPal, whose historical data limit is thirty days. So if we set up a rule using PayPal for the first time on September 1, we’d be able to collect payment data from August 2 and on. That remains true for as long as you keep your integration active.
