The Fine Print

These are some of the details you’ll want to keep in mind as you get started with Center’s WebinarJam integration: 

  • WebinarJam requires an email address and first name for all registrants. You’ll want to be sure your source integration(s) have a first name field so your contacts can be registered for your webinar. 

Integrating Center with WebinarJam

  1. Grab your API key from a webinar in WebinarJam. You can find out more about getting your API key here (Follow steps 1–6). 
  2. Create a new rule in Center, then click + Add Action › + Connect More in the action portion of your rule.
  3. Choose WebinarJam from the modal, paste in your API key, then hit Connect.

Options for Creating Contact Segments

WebinarJam is only available in the Action portion of Center rules for now. Stay tuned to the Center blog or the notification panel in your account to learn about new integration functionality!

Supported Actions

Register for Register contacts from your rule's segment for a specific Webinar or EverWebinar.

FAQs and Troubleshooting Tips 

What’s the difference between Webinars and EverWebinars?

WebinarJam Studio is meant for live webinar events, while EverWebinar allows you to convert past webinars (or other videos) into “evergreen webinars.”
