As contacts pass through your rule, they’ll automatically be stored in Center. That said, you can choose to add the Notify Me action to any rule to get notified whenever new contacts meet your segmentation parameters.

The Fine Print
These are some of the details you’ll want to keep in mind as you get started with Center’s email notification integration:
- Center will automatically connect to the email address associated with your account.
- While labeled as “Notify Me” in Center, this feature is similar to Lead Notifications in Leadpages.
- Emails sent from Center will include a subject line with the name of your rule. For instance: Someone has opted in to 'Center: Your Awesome Rule'.
Integrating Center with the “Notify Me” option
Your Center account will automatically use the email address you signed up with. All you need to do to enable notifications for a rule is choose Notify Me from the “Set up your actions” section.

Email notifications are only available in the Actions portion of rules.

FAQs and Troubleshooting Tips
What if I’m not receiving email notifications?
If you see leads being saved in Center but have not received emails about them, your spam filter may be blocking or filtering them. Please check your spam folder and filter settings, and make sure
mail.center.io and leadpages.net are white-listed on your email server.
Can I send notifications to multiple email addresses?
Not yet! That said, many email clients offer automatic forwarding options, so one potential workaround is to set up a filter that would send emails with 'Center: Your Rule Name' in the subject line to other addresses.
What lead/contact information is included in the notification email?
Our system will include as many fields in email notifications as possible. Currently, we support the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Postal Code
Kindly note that in some cases, data from the segment portion of your rule may not “match up” with the fields that are available for email notifications. If you believe there’s certain information that should be passing through but isn’t, please contact our support team. We’ll be happy to help investigate those sorts of gaps!
