Common Issues with Purchasing

The following are common issues that you may run into while trying to purchase Leadpages:

Payment is declined/card verification

If your card is declined it could be that your bank needs to verify your credit card for your subscription. This in no way implies that anything is wrong with your card. It is an unfortunate circumstance in which the payment processor provides a certain amount of time for a bank to respond and if the bank does not respond within that timeframe, they close the transaction with an error that the processor network was unavailable.

In the case that this occurs, you’ll need to follow up with your banking/credit institution to find out why the charge was rejected and have them approve the charge.

Email is already in use:

If you go to purchase Leadpages and get an error message indicating that your email is “already in use” it could be that there is another account (even if it's not active) using that email address. 

If you had an account prior to your purchase and would like to reactivate that account, or you would like to use that email address for a new account, please reach out to support. 

Keep in mind, you can also use a different email address if needed.

Wrong email address

If you signed up with an email address that you don’t want to use, please contact support and let us know what you'd like your email updated to. Please note that we we will need to verify your account ownership before updating your account.

Billing address change

If you have an existing account but need to change your billing address, you can do so from your account. For step-by-step instructions, please see How Do I Update My Credit Card and Billing Information?

Missing bonuses

If you've purchased Leadpages during a webinar or a promotion you may be expecting to receive bonuses.

If you haven't recieved them please be sure to check your spam folder first. If there is nothing in your spam folder, please contact support so that we can help fulfill the bonuses you qualify for!
