Frequently asked questions

What if my integration isn’t available?

We’re continuously adding new services to the Drag & Drop Builder. That includes integrations available in our Standard Builder as well as services which are new to Leadpages.

If your integration isn’t yet available, we recommend grabbing HTML form code from your service of choice and using the Drag & Drop builder’s HTML widget. We also welcome requests for new integrations at

Can I integrate with more than one service at once?

You can! Leadpages doesn’t restrict the number of separate integrations you have connected to your account for drag-and-drop templates. Each form can integrate with up to four services at once—one from each category above plus Lead Notifications.

How do I reconnect an integration?

You can reconnect any integration under the More Services window.

  1. Click into any form, then choose Add an Integration from the sidebar.
  2. Select More Services, then click on the integration you’d like to reconnect. Re-enter any authentication details and hit Reconnect

What’s the difference between integrations in my main account and in the Drag & Drop Builder?

Our Drag & Drop Builder uses an updated integration system. The services you see under your account menu are compatible with our Standard Builder, standalone Leadboxes, Leaddigits, and Leadlinks.

Not to worry though! Once you’ve connected to an integration in the Drag & Drop Builder, it will be available for any other forms you create—no need to connect again. For more information, please see: Setting Up Integrations
