Use GoToWebinar with Center to segment contacts by which webinars they've attended or registered for—you can even group contacts by date their registration or attendance date, how much of a webinar they attended, and more.

The Fine Print
These are some of the details you’ll want to keep in mind as you get started with Center’s GoToWebinar integration:
- Only upcoming webinars will show up in your list of events—past (or expired) webinars will not be available in Center or collect opt-ins.
- Attendance duration information (i.e. how long someone stuck around for a webinar) can only be collected if your rule is created before your webinar. GoToWebinar does not store this information so it must be passed to Center during the actual webinar.
- Each webinar has a registrant cap—by default this is 10,000 registrants. In some cases, you may need to adjust this setting in GoToWebinar to ensure you can register additional leads for your webinars.
Integrating Center with GoToWebinar
To connect to GoToWebinar from Center, you’ll need your login credentials (or simply log in to GoToWebinar in the same browser you’re using for Center). Then, click Connect More from either the segment or action portion of a new rule and choose GoToWebinar.
Click Connect—if you’re already signed in to your GoToWebinar account, the integration should be automatic. Otherwise, you’ll be prompted to sign in and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Supported Segmentation Options
Your rule can segment contacts based using the following parameters:
|Registration Status||Segment contacts based on whether they attend or register for a specific webinar|
|Duration||Contacts who attend your specific webinar for any duration or those who attend for more than or less than a specified duration.|
|Date||Standard date options: any date, before or after a specific date, between dates, or on a specific date.|
|Register||Register contacts from your rule's segment for a specific webinar.|

What is the difference between a registrant and attendee?
A registrant is anyone who signs up for your webinar—regardless of whether or not they take part. An attendee is a contact who attends your live webinar for any period of time. Note that this means rules that segment by attendees will only collect contacts once your webinar is complete.
How far back can Center gather data from GoToWebinar?
GoToWebinar can pass data to Center from as far back as one year.
