How Do I Update My Credit Card and Billing Information?

Got a new card or just need to update your billing information? Good news, you can update this information right from within your Leadpages account! Check out the steps below for full details. 

Step 1: Sign in to Leadpages and navigate to your Billing details. 

Click your name in the top right corner of your account dashboard, then select Account Settings. Then, click Billing in the left sidebar. 

NOTE: If you’re unable to access your billing information, you may be in our former payment system. More details on how to move to our updated billing system can be found here: Why Can't I See My Billing Information In My Leadpages Account?

Step 2: Click “Update” next to your card information to enter new payment details.

Step 3: Fill out your updated payment details and hit “Save.”

That’s it! Your payment details are all up to date! If you’re updating your card information after a failed payment, please contact support to let us know you’ve added a new card to your account.

How do I change my subscription level?

You can upgrade your account at any time from your billing section. For a full guide on upgrading, please see our article here: How Do I Upgrade My Current Leadpages Plan? If you’d like to downgrade, please reach out to our support team so they can make sure your new plan is fully processed. 

Can I change my billing address?

Yes, absolutely. If you update your card, you’ll be asked to enter new address information. To change your billing address without updating your payment information, simply use the same card number with your new address.
