What's New Getting Started Drag and Drop Standard Builder Integrations Center

General FAQs (Drag & Drop Builder)

Why do I see an “Integration pending” message?

That message indicates everything’s been authenticated (i.e. you’re connected) but we still need more information for the integration to work.

Some services delay sending over data like your lists, forms, and fields. You can still edit your page, but you can’t choose fields for your forms until the pending message goes away.

How do I customize the email sent with my lead magnet?

You can customize the message that’s included for your lead magnet as you upload your file. Or you can edit your file’s message in the Lead Magnet Delivery section of your account settings. There’s no way to further customize that email at this time.

If I test my integration by opting in while in Preview mode of my page, will it impact my analytics?

No, you should be able to test your form without affecting your analytics data. If you have any further questions about this, please open a support ticket and let us know—we’ll be happy to help!

How do I create a standalone (Standard, Timed Pop-Up or Exit) Leadbox?

Standalone Leadboxes (i.e. for publishing outside of Leadpages as Standard, Timed Pop-Up, or Exit Leadboxes) can be created by going to Leadboxes in the top menu. When you click the Create Leadbox button it will default to a Drag & Drop Leadbox.

Why doesn’t my email service provider show up as an option for Drag & Drop pages?

You may need to add the integration, even if you’ve already connected your account for our Standard Builder. Integrations in our Standard Builder and our Drag & Drop Builder are connected through different systems.

This means you can’t yet configure integrations for use in the Drag & Drop Builder at the account level. That said, you’ll only need to set up a new integration once—after which it’ll be available for all Drag & Drop pages. Learn more…

How do I know if I’m using a Drag & Drop Template?

When choosing a template, those designed for the new builder will be identified by the text “Drag & Drop” before the template name. Within the builder, the interface will include the updated sidebar with Widgets and Layouts.

Additionally, the options at the top of the page will differ from the Standard Builder in that there is no Save button, only Publish/Update and Preview. In your list of saved pages, those created with the Standard Builder are indicated with a Standard Builder label, while those compatible with Drag & Drop Builder will be given a Drag & Drop label.

Can I use a Standard Builder page in the new builder?

No. Our Drag & Drop Builder is a major update that lays a strong foundation for the future. Standard templates cannot be used within the Drag & Drop Builder, but you can re-create existing pages using the new builder’s tools.

Can I un-publish or take a page down once it’s published? How about editing?

Once a page is published, you cannot unpublish it unless you delete the page. However, you can open your page’s Publish Settings and set up a redirect, and/or turn on the option to prevent search engines from indexing the page.

You can certainly make edits to your page after publishing it—simply make your changes and click the blue Update button in the top-right corner to push them to your live page.
