Each drag-and-drop page features some global setting options, so you can customize major components quickly. They’re broken down into two primary sections:
Below, we’ll cover each section in depth so you can learn how to customize your pages.
Here, you can set a default font for headings, text widgets, and countdown timers on your page.
This option allows you to select a background image or set a background color for your entire Leadpage. If you place text on top of a background image, consider adding an image color overlay to increase your page’s legibility, like so:
Page width options
In this section, you can customize your page’s width. Choose between small, medium, and large—the size of widget elements will adjust accordingly.
Toggling the Extend Section Backgrounds option to “on” (i.e. highlighted in blue) will cause section background images and/or colors of a page to expand all the way to the edge of your Leadpage. If you have the option toggled to the left (off), the background image or color section of a page will not expand to the edge.
If you want to get fancy, you can enable custom CSS on your page to code in any styling you’d like. Simply toggle the option in your page’s style settings, then add your CSS.
Your code will automatically get wrapped in
<style> tags—no need to add them. Most CSS you add will affect your page immediately… without the need to publish your changes or enter preview mode. However, you may need to preview or update your page for some styles to take effect.
Search engine optimization
This section allows you to add a page title, page description, and page keywords to your Leadpage. You can read more about these options here.
This section allows you to customize your Facebook Share options. Editing the title, description, and Facebook Thumbnail image will impact the preview of your Leadpage when you share it on social media. Some fields will transfer over to other social networks. You can read more about this here.
This section allows you to add your third-party analytics code.
If you have a Center account, you can customize tracking code (a.k.a. Website Activity) options in the fourth tab. Enable or disable your Center tracking code using the toggle, and if you’ve set up multiple codes, you can select the one you’d like to use in the drop-down menu.
