If you are like most solopreneurs and entrepreneurs, you are using a number of tools to manage the lifecycle of your customer. For example, you maybe using an Email Service Provider (like MailChimp or AWeber), a Payment Processor (like Stripe), and a CRM (like Infusionsoft). If you are like most of our customers, you are probably using several different services. No matter how many tools you are using, what's consistent is the information you have about your leads, prospects, and customers. Wouldn't it be great if there was one central place where all of your customer data could be stored and shared between all of your tools, apps, or systems? This is the genius of Center.
Center allows you to create rules that automate key marketing and conversion tasks across multiple online tools.
You'll simply automate creation of a segment (a list of contacts that meet specific requirements) and then automate an action (a task) that you want applied to the segment you created.
Rules (Segments and Actions) you build in Center are based on two types of integrations:
- Read Integrations pull data from an application or system and enable you to create segments.
- Write Integrations post data to an application or system and enable you to apply an action.
Imagine that you’ve built a rule that creates a segment of contacts that registered through GoToWebinar and adds those contacts to a list in MailChimp. Center will “read” (pull the list of contacts) from GoToWebinar and “write” (post that list of contacts) to MailChimp.
