Adding Tracking Code to Your Leadpage (Drag & Drop Builder)

We provide built-in analytics for all your Leadpages and Leadboxes, but you can always supplement our data with third-party tracking code. Learn how to add third-party analytics or tracking code to your pages in our Drag & Drop Builder below.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Choose a Drag & Drop page from your list of pages and edit it (or create a new one).
  2. Select Tracking in the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Go to the Analytics tab.
  4. Paste your analytics code into the field that best matches your provider’s recommendation.
  5. Click Save, then close out of the Page Tracking panel. Finally, publish or update your page.
NOTE: Most tracking code services will provide documentation on installing your code—you’ll need to reference their instructions (or support) if you’re unsure where to place your code.

Frequently asked questions

Does tracking code work on Leadpages published on my server or WordPress site?

Yes! If you’re publishing your pages via our Advanced HTML export option, we recommend pasting your tracking code directly into your page’s HTML (rather than in the page builder).

Which page(s) should I paste my code on?

You’ll need to check with your provider to determine what pages to use their code on. Typically they’ll recommend putting the code on either your opt-in page or thank you page  (and sometimes both). You can paste tracking code into any Leadpage, including a custom thank you page
