How To Resolve Issues Related To Your InfusionSoft API Key / Encrypted Key
If you're seeing error messages when setting up InfusionSoft integration in My Account --> Integrations --> InfusionSoft, the problem might be with your API / Encrypted Key there.
Make sure you're using the correct API information
Make sure you're not blocking LeadPages in your InfusionSoft set-up
If you have any IPs listed in the Allowed IP List above, any other IPs (including LeadPages) will be blocked. We recommend that you clear this section completely and then click Save.
You may have to create a new API key
There can be situations where you will need to replace your current API key with a new one. Please reach out to InfusionSoft Support to help you with this.
NOTE: If you use your current API Key with other applications be sure to reconnect these with the new API key that you get from InfusionSoft.
