Why Can't I See My Billing Information In My Leadpages Account?

If you cannot see your invoices and other billing information in your Leadpages Account page, it means you are being billed through our old payment system.

One of the reasons that we moved to a new payment system was because we wanted our customers to be able to:

  • see all of their billing information right inside their Leadpages account
  • update credit cards
  • print invoices

To upgrade your account settings to our new payment system:

  1. Log into your Leadpages account.
  2. Click your name in the top-right corner of your dashboard and select Account Settings. Then, click Billing.
  3. Select your desired subscription. 
  4. Complete your account details for the new billing system.
  5. Submit your changes. 

The system will create a new subscription for you in our new system, automatically applying any remaining balance from your current subscription to the new plan and adjusting the price accordingly.

After completing this account change, you will be able to view your billing details from within your Leadpages account and you will no longer be billed by our old payment system.
