This article answers some common questions you may have about our premium template Marketplace. 

What is the Leadpages Marketplace?

The Leadpages Marketplace is where for you can purchase and sell custom Leadpages templates. You can browse the Marketplace at, and read more about it on our Complete Guide To Leadpages Marketplace.

Where do I find the Marketplace template that I have purchased?

Any templates you purchase will appear under the corresponding filter in the Templates browser, as shown below: 


How can I purchase a Marketplace template for my sub-account?

To purchase a Marketplace template for your sub-account, you will need to login as that sub-account first (from the master account), as shown here: 

Then, purchase a template as normal from the Templates browser. 

PLEASE NOTE: You can only purchase premium templates from a paid sub-account, as free sub-accounts do not have payment information associated with them. Also please keep in mind that purchased templates cannot be shared between sub-accounts, or between a master account and sub-account-they will only be accessible to the account that the purchase was made by. 


What if there’s a technical problem with my Premium template? 

The templates purchased from the Leadpages Marketplace are designed by a third party and not supported by Leadpages. Any feedback or bug reports that you have for the template author can be communicated via the template’s Marketplace page. At the bottom of the Marketplace page for the template in question, you’ll see a field for questions and comments, seen here:

You will need to log in to leave a comment. If you do not hear back from the template author within 72 hours, please open a support ticket for further assistance.
