Our Standard templates are optimized to help you convert visitors into leads, and by restricting customizations, they allow you to focus on your pages’ content. That said, sometimes a rigid template just won’t cut it. Below, you’ll learn about a couple different ways you can customize your templates.
Use our Drag & Drop Builder
Our Drag & Drop Builder allows you to completely customize pages. You can still choose from a large selection of templates, but you’ll also be able to add new content, rearrange sections, and more.
We have several articles (including step-by-step instructions for building your first Drag & Drop page) about using the Drag & Drop Builder here: Drag & Drop Builder: Creating Leadpages.
Edit your page’s HTML
Our Advanced HTML export (available with all plans except Standard Monthly) allows you to download the full HTML of your Leadpage.
If you know HTML (or know a developer who does), you can edit your page’s code to suit your needs, then upload it to your site’s server.
Also note that pages published via the Advanced HTML lose the following:
- ability to split test pages
- analytics/tracking data
- ability to edit the page using our Standard Builder
Here’s how you can get to your page’s Advanced HTML export option:
- Under the Leadpages tab on your account dashboard, open the Actions menu for the page you’d like to publish.
- Select Publish Options.
- Click Or export full HTML source from the “Other Publishing Options” tab.
If you’re on a Standard Monthly plan and would like to upgrade to access the full HTML export option, you can do so from your account: How Do I Upgrade My Current Leadpages Plan?
