Creating a password and subdomain
Upon completing your purchase, you’ll be asked to create a password and choose a subdomain for you new Leadpages account, as seen below.
Once you’ve chosen a password and subdomain, click Continue to finish and go to your account dashboard.
If for some reason you do not create a password during this setup process—e.g. you accidentally close the browser window—you can visit https://my.leadpages.net/login/ and click the Forgot Password option, as seen below. Simply enter the email address used to create your account and click Request Password Link.

Still haven’t received your Welcome Email?
If you still haven’t received your email after 10 minutes, you may have misspelled your email address during purchase. We’re happy to look into this for you—please file a support ticket and tell us:
- your full name (first and last)
- what type of plan you purchased
- the first 6 digits of the credit card you used for your purchase
- what your account email should be
